Anti-Spam Question:

Our experience has taught us that the best source of a future client is a former client who knows that they received the best achievable result in their case. To accomplish that, the firm has made a purposeful decision to limit the number of cases each attorney prepares so that proper attention can be paid to each client and their case. We understand the importance of paying attention to details. Very often the details of a given case makes the difference between winning and losing.

The firm welcomes and accepts referrals from attorneys throughout the country regarding cases in the New York metropolitan area. Attorneys refer us cases specifically because we are not a large volume firm, where a case may not get the attention it deserves. Our referring attorneys know from experience that we are best equipped to prepare, analyze, and try the most complex cases not only in New York City, but in every county in the metropolitan area from Rochester to Suffolk. Referring attorneys rely on our firm because they know that our lawyers are outstanding, experienced litigators in the areas in which they practice.

Edward Bithorn and Jason Rubin head all of our medical malpractice cases. Ed has been litigating medical malpractice cases for over fifteen years and brings a wealth of experience to the firm. Jason has eight years of extensive appellate and medical malpractice experience and has been litigating malpractice cases since he became an attorney. Their combined experience means that our malpractice cases are expertly and efficiently analyzed and prepared. Ken Halperin, who heads our construction litigation department, has been handling complex construction accident cases for years and has a vast degree of knowledge about New York State Labor Law and the Industrial Code. Paula Greco, who concentrates on automobile litigation is fully versed in the arcane provisions of uninsured and supplementary motorist coverage, which is often an area of potential additional insurance coverage overlooked by other firms. Bill Hepner, a former Law Review editor, is a gifted legal writer with experience in all types of personal injury cases.

Perhaps the greatest testament to the firm's abilities is that Wingate, Russotti & Shapiro has been referred cases by Judges and even jurors before whom our attorneys have appeared.

Any attorney who refers a case to Wingate, Russotti & Shapiro knows that his client is being represented by a thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced attorney backed up by seasoned partners who are leaders in the personal injury field.
